Behavioral & Experiential Approaches to Family Therapy

Rather, there is a common blurring of boundaries between the two methods in which therapy will begin with emphasis in one method but then introduce aspects of the other. The behavioral model is more easily quantitatively analyzed for research reporting, lending itself more readily to analysis than does the experiential model, which has a more emotional base and is more difficult to verify through standard research means.
